Stefa4.0 consists of an application where it is possible to manage and collect data for Stefa machines:
· Input of production data with real time communication with the machine
· Machine status, running program, list of alarms, etc.
· Production data: e.g.: number of pieces produced, total meters produced in one specific period of time, start and end time of a production batch, type of material and thickness used
· Easy view of data by format of graphicals
· Portal Management on webpage format

It is possible to integrate in Stefa machines like Folding Machines, Cut to Lengths and Roll Formers.

The Alligator Software was specifically developed for the folding industry, offering both flexibility and simplicity.

Users can draw profiles with a finger, adjust and verify the automatic bending sequence, view color coded sides, access graphical and numeric cut lists, and take advantage of many other advanced features.

There are also available additional packages, like import files cad format or install office version to program and send it to the machine remotely.

ElitePunch is a software that converts cad files with punching positions to the Stefa machines, such the Coil Punching or Roll Former with punching units.
It has the possibility to manage the different punching sizes, modify, send to the machine saving time and increase efficiency on the workflow.

EliteFrame allows you to easily and automatically create and configure lightweight metal structure panels and related solutions using pre-designed routines and work models. It is installed on the Stefa LSF roll forming machine and serves for control of the machine as well as managing the production.
Also allows importation of csv files and informs total kilograms of production, organize profiles to do and diagnose alarms of the machine.
