With a capacity of up to 15 tonnes, the DH1000 can be customised to suit your needs with over 20 possible configurations. Can be equipped with a coil lifting car and clamping arm, a displacement system, radio frequency control and other many options.
Up to 5 metric tons the DH500 is the right choice for sheet metal profile builders. It is possible to load the coil by car lifter and have an automatic decoiling thanks to the contactless sensor that measures the loop.
The manual Decoiler DC6 is indicated for an easy and simple operation. It has a capacity up to 3000kg and its cost effectiveness allows a multiple coil configuration. The speed can be adjusted manually by disc brake and have possibility to expand the mandrel to lock the coil.
The Stefa DM decoilers are specifically designed to handle narrow-width coils (up to 800 mm) and have a capacity of up to 5,000 kg. With easy access for loading recoil, loop detection via a sensor, and a design featuring a gear motor directly at the centre of mass, they ensure reliable operation in demanding production environments.
The EH1000 Recoiler is able to recoil processed slitted coils. The powerful gearmotor assures reliable operation up to 15 tons. It has a hydraulic expansion mandrel to snap lock the sheets that together with the felt press ensures a uniform grip and neatly wound coils.
