Roll Forming Technology

The roll forming unit is equipped with a single-level station designed to produce the desired profile with high accuracy and consistency. Material feed is ensured by a single AC gearmotor providing reliable traction through the roll chain system. For precise operation and automation, the system incorporates a positioning sensor, enabling accurate position tracking and supporting fully automatic production cycles. The forming rolls are manufactured from high durable steel, featuring chrome surface treatment and polishing, which ensures an excellent surface finish on the profiled sheet while maximizing roller durability and service life.

Double Stack Profile

The double stack Roll Former allows produce two different types of profiles in one single frame enabling a significant improvement in efficiency and versatility. Switching between the two profiles is achieved via an entry guide that automatically adjusts to the correct spot and speed-up changes.

Flying Shear and Press

It is possible to equip Shear with servo-motion that applies a synchronized cut with roll former. It will follow the movement of the sheet, make a quick cut and return to home position. It increases the speed of production up to 30m/min. Also the same technology is available for pressing the metal for roof imitation proposes.
