The Stefa LSF Roll Former is a machine dedicated to the production of light steel framing profiles. The combination of tools and punches allows you to produce profiles, walls and trusses through software instructions and without later adjustments on the machine.
Stefa LSF rollforming machines are designed for profile fabricators who want to make their production as easy and efficient as possible. The machines are computer controlled, so all components of the frames are produced with absolute precision, ready for assembly. Each part is dented and notched with the holes ready for tightening and for the profiles to fit together without difficulty.
On the Stefa LSF Roll Former there is a unique detail at the end of the profile so that there is full support of the structure when it is overloaded. The details on the profile allow smooth joints and consequently the wall covering is flush against the profile. The engineered profile can be produced up to 1,5mm in structural steel and up to 250mm width.
EliteFrame allows you to easily and automatically create and configure lightweight metal structure panels and related solutions using pre-designed routines and work models. It is installed on the Stefa LSF roll forming machine and serves for control of the machine as well as managing the production. Also allows importation of csv files and informs total kilograms of production, organize profiles to do and diagnose alarms of the machine. There is the possibility of remote connection for troubleshooting if the machine is connected to the internet.
The Stefa LSF lines are equipped with an automatic decoiler up to 1500kg load capacity. Through the automatic printing system, each frame is marked with unique code which ensures error-free assembly on-site and speeds up the installation process.
