Stefa PRR10 is designed for those who value speed, precision, and flexibility when working with a perforated profile. It allows punching, straightening and cut to length directly from the coil, eliminating unnecessary steps and wasted time.
The rotary axis can accommodate up to 10 punching tools. The tools are easy to change with a big access area. To ensure punching accuracy, an indexer is provided to guarantee perfect alignment between the punch and the die. The turrets are servo-driven and can complete a full rotation in one second. The turret assembly moves transversely across the sheet, allowing for great flexibility.
The Shear of PRR is hydraulic and “V” shaped to ensure a smooth, fast cut and no need of adjustment for different thicknesses
PRR10 is equipped with a precise servo-motor to make the correct position of the punch and length pieces. Together with Straightener to make a soft correction on the default coil format of the sheet metal. There are handwheels with indicators for adjusting the guide rails and tightening the straightener rolls against the sheet metal.
The Stefa PRR10 transforms the production of purlin profiles and can be integrated into a roll forming machine. This integration enables greater efficiency and improved production flow. For standalone use, the PRR10 can be supplied with unloading tables for the safe handling of processed sheets.
Office software that allows dwg/dxf files to be opened and processed and sent remotely to the machine with the measurements and hole positions, increasing the speed and efficiency of programming. The software also allows users to create job lists for multiple productions.
