The Stefa LPB cutting lines consist of a set of modules that process sheet metal coils into various sizes, perform longitudinal cuts, coiling, and other processes that streamline production, all integrated into a single line.
They are fully customizable to meet each customer’s specific needs, making them one of the major advantages of working with Sucorema.

Decoiling

The decoiling or unwinding process is the first step in coil processing and must be carried out safely and accurately. Stefa decoilers are equipped with systems that ensure easy and completely safe coil loading for the operator. They will run smoothly with automatic detenting of the loop without any touch on the material. We manufacture custom decoilers with a variety of configurations and load capacities to enable efficient coil processing and we are happy to suggest the right one for your application.

Entry Table and Plasticizer

The entry table will help introduce the sheet into the feeder rolls without human operation for a safe and efficient operation. Furthermore you can protect the material with protective film with Stefa Plasticizer. It is possible to equip a plasticizer with pneumatic brake adjustment and easy loading of the film rolls.

Slitting or Sandwich System

The slitting is the process that allows you to create multiple widths on the sheet steel coil. The standard Stefa slitting system allows you to adjust the knives individually with easy access and maneuverability. For the need of multiple cuts with small widths is possible to offer the sandwich system where a precise assembly guided by software for assuring the right tolerance.

Discharge Table and Batches

Stefa can offer a discharge table up to 6m to receive the material that is cut blanked, with automatic height adjustment and pneumatic backstops for stack adjustment. Also is possible to add grippers transfer to catch material and position on the table. These features assure a free operator intervention increasing safety and efficiency

Recoiler and Tensioner Press

Stefa Recoilers have a capacity of up to 15 tonnes. They are equipped with an arm and a set of separating discs. The clamping mechanism is hydraulic, and a coil pusher ensures the safe removal of the coils. The tensioner provides the necessary clamping force to ensure that the coils are coiled precisely.

Automation

The EliteCoil system assures you an optimal and efficient process on Coil Processing Lines. Easy manage all elements with a clear interface, program the length for recoiling or remote access to get data and alarms for a centralized control. The algorithms control of motors are the result of years of adjusting and tuning from the Stefa technicians.
