After 6 months of production, assembly and installation SUCOREMA has delivered a slitting line with capacity to coil a sheet metal in longitudinal cutting, at speed of 80m/min. With this production capacity the payback is reached in 18 months. The Stefa Slitting Line has a processing capacity of coils up to 20 tons and 1700mm width. Its combined slitting and straightening system allows for a more profitable setup time, where is possible to produce formatted sheets while the operator configures the slitting knives using the advanced EliteCoil software.
